Brian Sullivan

President

Brian is the President and co-founder of Clover Restaurant Group. He is responsible for overseeing the company’s culture, structure, strategy, growth and profitability.

Brian has held various management positions in Finance and Operations in the restaurant, lodging, private equity and consulting industries. He received both his MBA and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the McDonough School at Georgetown University.

Mike Dolinger

Director of Operations

Mike graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Radford University.

He quickly started his business career as a Franchisee for Exxon Mobil. With a passion for the culinary world, Mike transitioned into the restaurant business spending the majority of his career with Glory Days Grill as the Director of Training and with Caribou Coffee as the Director of East Coast Operations.

His success in operations comes from creating high performing teams that develop and execute strategic solutions.

Victoria A Collar

Human Resources Manager

Victoria A. Collar is the Human Resources Manager with a focus on recruiting, compliance, benefits and employee relations.

Starting her management career at The Palmer House Hilton and Pompei in Chicago, Victoria moved to Washington, DC in 2003 to join Mie N Yu holding various management roles culminating with General Manager / Human Resources Manager. Before joining Clover Restaurant Group, she was the General Business Manager for Founding Farmers. Victoria's focus and passion is on the impact that Human Resources can make in a hospitality organization.

Victoria is a graduate of the University of Chicago with an AB in Psychology and has her SPHR (Senior Professional in Human resources) certificate.

Jenny Shane

District Manager

Jenny Shane joins the Business Office as District Manager after 10 years with Cafe Deluxe. Working as Restaurant Manager and General Manager at most of the Cafe Deluxe locations, Jenny is proud of the teams she has developed over the years. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Maryland.

Raquel Sharma

Sales and Marketing Manager

Raquel Sharma graduated with a Bachelors of Fine Arts (Interior Design) from The George Washington University.

Raquel’s first job as a teen was dishwasher—practically growing up in restaurants—her love for hospitality has grown over the years! After University, she joined the Mie N Yu team holding various roles culminating with Director of Sales. Before joining Clover Restaurant Group, she was the Director of Event Sales and Marketing for Nick's Riverside Grill and Tony & Joe’s Seafood Place at the Washington Harbour.

Jason McIntosh

Corporate Chef

Jason McIntosh is the Corporate Chef of The Clover Restaurant Group. Jason's culinary career saw its inception in Mount Holly, New Jersey, in 1991. His skills and interests subsequently led him to the Back Bay Restaurant Group in Marlton NJ, Short Hills NJ, Westbury NY, White Plains NY, and ultimately, Washington DC. Jason furthered his culinary interests with the Clyde's Restaurant Group as a sous chef at the venerable Old Ebbitt Grill in 1998. He continued with Clyde's Group at several other locations, including Clyde's of Reston, Clyde's of Georgetown, and Tower Oaks Lodge. Jason culminated his respected tenure with Clyde's as the Executive Chef of Clyde's of Columbia and The Tomato Palace from 2003 until 2013 when he joined the Clover Group.

Ernest Brice DWS, CSW

Corporate Beverage Manager

The restaurant business captured Ernest's imagination during college when he was employed by Restaurant Associates at the Kennedy Center in 1999. Over the last 16 years, he has pursued his goals at some of Washington D.C.'s most prestigious establishments, including the Oval Room, Roof Terrace Restaurant and Bar, Grapeseed American Bistro and Wine Bar, and Acadiania Restaurant. A fervent advocate of continuing education, Ernest served as the Regional Director of Education for Monument Fine Wine Distributors before joining the Cafe Deluxe team.

Ernest has earned his Diploma in Wine and Spirits from the Wine and Spirits Educational Trust. He is a Certified Sommelier with the Court of Master Sommeliers, as well as a Certified Wine Specialist with the Society of Wine Educators. Ernest is currently preparing for certification in the Master of Wine program.
